Set in 300 acres of tropical gardens, this Mediterranean-style resort has been completely refurbished, including having both of its golf courses remodelled by Raymond Flloyd. The Soffer and Miller courses were re-designed from tee to green by the World Golf Hall of Famer, with almost 1/3 of the US $150m make spent on them. The 64-ft waterfall on the signature 18th hole of the Soffer course bears down on its island-green for a truly grandstand finish.
